The Serena Partner Community
You probably already have a Serena account if you are an active partner. Just go to the community home page and from the top nav update your account so you receive a password. Then join the Partner Group to get access to sales tools, support forums and so much more. Please contact your partner rep for assistance navigating the Community. We suggest that you mark the Sales Tools Hive as a favorite—this is where you will find the majority of the sales/product information you are looking for.
Opportunity Registration ― North America
Register your referral opportunities in Serena's Opportunity Registration Mashup. This resource is designed to allow you to securely register your leads/opportunities that you are referring to Serena. Upon entering the lead/opportunity, you will receive notification that we have received your request. You will receive a second notification when the lead/opportunity has been fully approved. At any time during the approval status, you may log into the system and view the status.Please contact partners@serena.com to obtain your login.
